Company
The WellNest Company is a social impact company that provides quality housing solutions in the form of tiny homes! You may have received a bottle of water at one of our events. So, what does that have to do with tiny homes? Having gotten our start in the senior space, we wanted to call attention to the importance of hydration in the community, and found water to be a great promotional item that everyone can actually use!
Our Free Water Campaign: Stay Hydrated, Stay Healthy

THE IMPORTANCE OF HYDRATION
Hydration is important to our overall health and it is especially important for seniors. Our bodies are between 50-80% water. We use water for many of our bodily functions from digestion, to absorbing nutrients, giving us energy and regulating our body temperature. When we are dehydrated (meaning the body does not have enough water) we also put ourselves at risk for certain medical conditions such as mental fogginess, kidney stones, heart problems, or even some cancers. For seniors dehydration can lead to numerous problems such as constipation, a decline in memory, having a fall, poor functioning, and even stroke.
